General Rules

Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years old.

  • Your character must have a realistic name and follow FiveM’s terms of service.
  • Toxic behavior on any platform, including Discord, will result in immediate removal from the community.
  • By joining Shook SRP, you agree to adhere to the server’s guidelines, FiveM’s Terms of Service, and Discord’s Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content and Conduct:

  • Discussions or portrayals of sensitive real-life topics, such as suicide, sexual assault, war, miscarriages, and real-world politics, are strictly forbidden. This is to ensure a respectful and welcoming community.

Roleplay Standards:

  • No RDM (Random Deathmatch), VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch), OOC (Out of Character) violations, etc. This is a server for experienced roleplayers. If these rules aren’t clear to you, this isn’t the community for you.
Interaction Standards:
  • First interaction must begin with a verbal dispute—no violence.
  • Second interaction may escalate to a physical fight using only bare hands or blunt weapons—no knives allowed. The aim is to incapacitate, not to kill, and robbery is permitted.
  • Third interaction permits Kill on Sight (KOS).
Service Agreements:

Civilian Rules

  • Avoid Provoking Gangs: Only initiate conflict with gangs if you’re prepared to handle the repercussions.
  • Stay Out of Gang Disputes: Don’t involve yourself in gang issues unless you’re ready to commit fully to the conflict.
  • Avoid Gang Colors: Refrain from wearing gang-affiliated clothing or colors, as this can unintentionally entangle you in gang wars or Kill on Sight (KOS) orders.
  • Safe Zones: No killing is allowed in clothing shops or hospitals.
  • Business Robbery Limit: When robbing a business, the maximum you may take is $100,000. If the business owner fails to show fear for their life, please submit a support ticket.
  • Police Presence Requirement: To rob a player-owned business, at least four police officers must be active in the city.
  • No Rat Jumps: Exploitative jumps are not allowed unless both police and civilians/criminals agree in advance.
  • Whitelisted Jobs and Crime: If you hold a whitelisted job, you cannot engage in criminal activities.
  • Insurance Policy for Business Owners: Business owners must secure an insurance policy in the city. Violating this agreement will result in a $1,000,000 penalty before a new policy can be issued.

CRIMINAL RULES

  • Avoid Police Baiting: Don’t draw police attention with random robberies unless you’ve fully changed your clothes and vehicle.
  • Illegal Activities and Gang Representation: Refrain from engaging in illegal activities while wearing gang colors or symbols. If three or more members wear colors during a crime, police can use this to identify your gang.
  • Professionalism with Police and EMS: Keep interactions with police and EMS respectful. Don’t escalate minor situations, like a speeding ticket, into violence.
  • Stay Mobile When Selling Drugs: Always stay mobile when dealing. If police patrol the area more than twice while you’re still there in gang colors, they have the right to stop and search you.
  • Civilian Robbery: Avoid going on civilian robbery sprees as it reduces roleplay quality. If civilians enter your territory, you may tax them or ask them to leave, but escalate only if they refuse.
  • Bodyguard Duties: When hired as bodyguards, do not wear gang colors unless the business specifically requests it. Any issues are the business’s responsibility, not the gang’s.
  • KOS (Kill on Sight): KOS is allowed if both gang leaders agree and set a time limit. If police intervene, keep moving to avoid heightened patrols.
  • Character Kill (CK): If issued a CK by police, you have 3 days to finalize your will or attempt a prison break.
  • Gang Rule Violations: Only the gang leader or underboss can file a ticket for broken gang rules.
  • Criminal or Civilian Status: You must commit to either being a criminal or a civilian; no switching between the two.
  • Gang Conflicts in Colors: Only initiate conflicts with other gangs while in colors. All gang-on-gang violence must occur when colors are worn.
  • Betrayal is Forbidden: Betraying (insiding) your gang is strictly prohibited.
  • Handling Internal Theft: Any theft within the gang is handled by the leader internally, not through support tickets.
  • Gang Packages: Gang packages are tied to the purchasing gang and cannot be taken if you leave.
  • One-of-One Items: Unique gang items will not return if the gang disbands.
  • Vehicle Boosting: Boosting a gang member’s vehicle results in KOS on the booster but should not escalate into a gang war.

GANG WARS

  • First Encounter: The initial interaction must begin with a verbal dispute—no violence. This is followed by a 10-minute cool-down period.
  • Second Encounter: The second interaction may escalate to a physical fight using only bare hands or blunt weapons—no knives allowed. The aim is to incapacitate, not to kill, and robbery is permitted. Another 10-minute cool-down follows this encounter.
  • Third Encounter: The third interaction permits Kill on Sight (KOS). A gang war can only be initiated if both previous encounters involved at least three members from each gang.
  • Post-War Terms: After a gang war, the winning gang may impose three reasonable demands on the losing gang. Staff will step in to ensure fairness if needed.
